Monday-Saturday: 9am-9pm
Sunday: 9am-5pm

Spa Etiquette

To make the most memorable experience a reality, we kindly ask that you arrive at WELL Spa + Salon 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow ample time for check-in. Arriving late may limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment.

Service Charge

Aa a convenience, a recommended 20% service charge will be added to all services, with guest approval of course. The service price listed does not include the service charge.

Dress

A robe, slippers, linens and all proper draping during treatments are provided by WELL Spa.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact WELL Spa 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in full charges for the scheduled service. Spa packages, group bookings and couples' treatments require a 48-72 hour cancellation notice.

Reservations For WELL Spa + Salon

Our treatments are in high demand on weekends and holidays. We recommend making reservations in advance. Hotel guests are encouraged to make spa appointments at the time of booking their guest room. In order to reserve your treatment, we require a valid credit card at time of booking.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available to create someone else's personal spa experience.

Spa Breakfast And Spa Lunch Fares

A customized breakfast, lunch and beverage selection complete with an expansive cocktail menu can be arranged at any time during your visit to WELL Spa + Salon. Bridal and special occasion menus are also available and can be enjoyed in our private group room, The Orchid Room. Pre-orders are encouraged. Allow 30-45 minutes from time of order.

Use of Cell Phones

To maintain the serenity at WELL Spa + Salon, use of cellular phones, cameras and laptop computers are prohibited.

Age Requirements

Minimum age is 16 years. Guests ages 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult and a waiver must be signed.

Parking validation provided for WELL Spa + Salon guests parking in The Pfister parking structure, upon availability.
