Age Requirement
Minimum age is 16 years. Guests ages 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact Well Spa 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in full charges for the
scheduled service. Spa packages and couples' treatments require 48 hours notice.
Gratuities
A 15% gratuity will be added to all services.
Use of Cell Phones
To maintain the serenity at WELL Spa, the use of cellular phones, cameras and laptop computers is prohibited.
