THE WELL SPA + SALON CLEANCARE PLEDGE


The WELL Spa + Salon CleanCare Pledge is an all-encompassing health and safety initiative created by Marcus Hotels & Resorts, that uses industry best practices and protocols for cleanliness, sanitization, and operations of our restaurant. As needs and requirements evolve, so will our WELL Spa + Salon CleanCare Pledge. The WELL Spa + Salon CleanCare Pledge includes four main initiatives: increased sanitization, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), practice of social distancing, and low-to-no contact interactions between guests and associates.


 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT THROUGHOUT WELL SPA + SALON

 

Increased Sanitization

  • Public spaces will undergo frequent cleaning, with extra focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces with EPA approved products and methods. 

  • Touchless hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the spa, salon & public areas for your convenience.

  • All professional products & surfaces touched by our associates will be wiped down after each guest interaction & service. This includes implements, door handles, products, chairs, tables, counters, etc. 

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • You will find our associates wearing personal protective equipment. 

  • WELL Spa + Salon requires unvaccinated guests to wear a mask while in the common areas of the spa, salon & hotel to help protect the health of your fellow guests and our associates. Starting June 1, 2021, for fully vaccinated guests, masks are optional.

 

Social Distancing

  • You are encouraged to maintain a comfortable distance from WELL Spa + Salon associates and other guests.

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
 

Parking

  • As valet parking requires contact beyond what is currently recommended, the valet will not be available at this time. Please enter our parking garage on Mason Street for self-parking. 

 

Reception Area

  • We appreciate hugs and handshakes, but we will be waving and using verbal greetings for the time being.

  • When arriving at WELL Spa + Salon, all guests will have their temperature taken with a non-contact digital forehead thermometer. Guests with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will be asked to cancel their appointment, at no charge. We will not store any guest’s temperature data (we are no longer doing this, please remove this whole blurb)

  • Each guest will be asked to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to scheduled appointments.

  • Guests are required to arrive alone for their appointment, as we have limited the number of people allowed in the Spa + Salon at any given time. Only guests with an appointment and receiving a service will be allowed to enter.

 

Check-Out

  • In order to provide a touch-free check-out experience, we are strongly encouraging guests to use a credit or debit card for service and gratuity payment. Cash will be accepted for extenuating circumstances.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, WELL Spa + Salon has established the above-enhanced health and safety measures for all of our guests and associates. However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting WELL Spa + Salon, you voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure. Please follow all posted instructions and directions from our hotel associates to help minimize the risk of the spread of COVID-19. We look forward to welcoming you on your upcoming visit.
