WELL Spa + Salon Health & Safety Response to COVID-19

As you enjoy everything WELL Spa + Salon offers, please be assured of our continued commitment to your health and safety. Our WELL Spa + Salon CleanCare Pledge incorporates industry best practices and protocols for cleanliness, sanitization, and operations at WELL Spa + Salon.

With the CDC recently updating its health and safety guidelines, WELL Spa + Salon has also revised its face covering and social distancing policy while continuing to adhere to local and state guidelines as well as industry standards.

The WELL Spa + Salon updated face covering and social distancing policy includes:

• Masks are required in all indoor, public spaces regardless of vaccination status, per the City of Milwaukee Mask Ordinance which went into effect 1/22/2022.

• We trust each guest will take the appropriate precautions based on their personal vaccination status and will not be requiring proof of vaccination status or asking for vaccine validation.

• Spa + Salon guests are required to fill out a COVID-19 short questionnaire upon arrival for spa + salon services.  If answers to these questions are no, we will be able to see you for services.

In addition, all WELL Spa + Salon associates will continue to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.  WELL Spa + Salon is also continuing to offer reduced contact experiences and other safety measures throughout the salon +  spa. 

We are grateful for everyone’s understanding and cooperation to stop the spread of Covid-19. As guidance continues to evolve from health and government officials, WELL Spa + Salon will make additional gradual adjustments with your safety and comfort always top of mind.
